I am the Lorax. I speak for the trees.
For those of you who don't know who the Lorax is, shame on you. For Shame. For those who have read the Lorax, congratulations, you have read one of Dr. Seuss' greatest stories. However, this isn't about the book.
Dr. Seuss' The Lorax (released on March 2nd, 2012: Theodor Seuss Geisel A.K.A. Dr. Seuss' 108th birthday) is a great family film. Not only is it a great story but it sends a good message too. It shows what happens if we take what we have for granted (in this case, the Truffula trees and nature in general).
Some may even say it has some environmentalist undertones. And those who would say that would be right. It could almost be compared to what is happening right now with global warming.

For those of you who haven't read the book or seen the movie,
HERE BE SPOILERS!
----------------------------------------------
Unless someone like you cares a whole awful lot, nothing's going to get better. It's not. The Once-Ler tells Ted this when he gives him the very last Truffula seed. Not only does this fit in the movie, but (and I am in no way intending for this to be an overly environmentalist review, I'm just telling it like I see it) it also rings true in the real world. If no one cares enough to fix whats wrong, things won't get better.

END SPOILERS

If you have kids, or are just in the mood for a cute movie, I really suggest going to see this. You really can't go wrong with Dr. Seuss.
