It Will Take What You Love Most.
For today's review, we're going to be talking about Insidious Chapter 2, which just released in theaters. I went and saw it this weekend and jumped no less than a dozen times. Director/Writer James Wan is quite good at making you do that.
As the title implies, I:C2 is the continuation of Insidious, and it picks up 4 years from the end of the first film. When Josh Lambert (Patrick Wilson) game back from The Further at the end of the first movie,* he obviously brought something back with him. We get to watch as he and his family battles what they can not see (at first) and solve their haunting.
Since the movie just came out a couple days ago, I'm not going to give out any spoilers. However, I will tell you this much; you will jump and be surprised during the movie. I was also very pleased with how they tied the two movies together (you'll understand if you watch it).
Without giving away anything in the movie, I can't really tell you a whole lot more about it. So without further ado, let's just get to the rating.
